Georgia State University researchers plan to test whether people who are afraid to speak in public can be treated or eased of their phobia via virtual reality technology.

The researchers hypothesize that having the phobic deliver speeches in front of virtual crowds will make delivering them in front of real crowds easier. [Via ]
